*Oils start spawning at 60% of his health. I keep Deimos in the middle until the first green (75%), then walk him away while the group is dealing with Bad Saul.
*Oils will never choose you as their spawn point, so it is ALWAYS safe for you to stand in the ward, quickly (in normal mode). You can also block any Mind Crushes if you feel fancy and don't care about healing up the damage.
*Keep an eye on Good Saul's health. He can be healed in normal mode. You lose if he dies.
*Your job ends at 10%.

INVULNERABILITY DOES --NOT-- BLOCK MIND CRUSH 😃

*Know your blocks for Mind Crush.
*Know how many hands you can tank damage for. They spawn in sets of 5. If you're brave, you can stack all 5. There is nothing wrong with doing piles of 2-3 instead.
*Keep an eye out for your tank. If you see them getting close to where you're kiting, move so you don't lose hand aggro (and so Deimos doesn't buff himself on the hands!)
*You need to keep kiting under 10%. I recommend NOT standing on the very edge during this phase, but about 75% of the way towards the edge. If you're too far, you can lose hand aggro. AND you can get kncked off the edge by a bad slam as well.
*Close tears that spawn close to you, if you don't have the debuff. Cry when more spawn by you.

Your job is done at:
North pylon: 40%
Southwest pylon: 30%
Southeast pylon: 20%
When Qadim noms each pylon, return to group for boons/heals, you can go back to your corner when it's CC time. I like to take North pylon so I can help a new/rusty kiter at the other two if the fight is going sideways. You can be stack DPS if you want.

Your job: keep Glenna healthy. You have to stay close-ish to her. She has 15 stacks of a debuff that decreases if no player is in range of her. When it hits 0, White Mantle spawn to assassinate her. She slowly regains stacks once someone is in range. NOTE: the SAK range is LONGER than the debuff range, so be careful.

If ground team is slow to kill wargs, it's okay to move her away so she doesn't get chomped.

As soon as the tower team captures a turret, move Glenna ASAP to the next white circle so she can open the next leyline. She CAN get hit by respawning mines, so be careful where you park her while waiting. I like to pull her towards a wall.

When McLeod spawns, Glenna is safe. She loses stacks of her debuff but there is no consequence at this point. Most groups leave her on the stairs so McLeod can't cleave her down.

Bring Greatsword + Focus offhand. Start on your focus set. Focus pull the group into the middle, swap to greatsword, use GS 5 to push the grouped mobs towards the little spaces on the turret. I like to bring the daze mantra to stun them before they can run back in to allow myself extra time to get the capture.

The capture ring doesn't extend fully to the edges of the turret and is a little off-center. Use that to your advantage to group up + push the White Mantle out. All you have to do is outnumber them inside the capture ring.

If there's a Cultist, pray they don't spawn a minion - your focus can only pull 5 targets, there's 5 White Mantle on the tower. If a minion is spawned, there's a chance you pull it instead of one of the White Mantle. 😃 I like to try to stealth as soon as I land to hopefully prevent them from instantly aggroing + spawning minion. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I got really lucky here and managed to focus pull the 5 White Mantle.

If this doesn't work, I usually just portal the group up for that specific tower and try again on the next.

Usually, the mesmer does the cave run. I've been in runs where the healer and/or a Scrapper with stealth+superspeed will rush their pals through the cave instead.

I got lucky here, usually the mushrooms are more aggro.

Forsaken Waters (3rd in raid mastery line) is required in order to briefly pause the ticking damage from the fumes.

Bring Relic of Speed to make your life easier. The jump is technically doable without if you do it right, but it's a lot harder for no gain.

-Everything in this fight is proximity aggro. If someone is not on Qadim's platform, he destroys it and moves on, repeating this until he lands on a platform with another player.
-YOU are the most important player. If something happens to you, the raid will probably wipe. Use this opportunity to make your squad pamper you. 😃
-Your entire job is to stand on Qadim's platform and kill slublings before he can eat them. Each slubling gives him 1 stack of a buff that increases his attack speed & damage. Needless to say, missing slubs during either kiting or DPS phases tends to hurt later on.
-Positioning: If you stay on the blue triangles, his attacks go over your head. Do NOT stand on the line pattern because his occasional Fire Dance runs along it.
-AOE on you means he's about to nuke the platform. Get out of it and hop to the next platform before you get burnt alive.
